Pine Cone Ridge, created by restaurateur Bill White, presents contemporary American cuisine in Park City. Guests may encounter such dishes as braised lamb shank with stoneground grits, pickled vegetables, red chile “mole,” and guajillo honey; miso Chilean sea bass with vegetable slaw, celeriac purée, and caramelized lemon; and bison New York strip steak with cauliflower gratin, blistered green beans, blue cheese butter, and huckleberry jus.
