Located adjacent to Old Town in a former Sizzler outpost on Arroyo Parkway, owner Paul Hibler’s Pitfire Artisan Pizza offers indoor and outdoor seating, with the restaurant’s signature wood-fired kiln being the focus of the former. While pizzas take center stage, including one crafted with house-made fresh burrata, menu options feature spaghetti with chicken meatballs and a variety of salads. The full bar is stocked with an array of wine and beer in addition to cocktails, both classic and seasonal.
