Any potential for after-lunch lethargy is avoided at this 50,000-square-foot dining and entertainment venue by rousing games of indoor bowling, outdoor bocce ball and because plank's food is prepared with a light touch. Watermelon feta salad includes the nip of arugula and balm of fresh mint. Beer choices are emphasized at the full bar --- and on the menu --- with beer-braised and grilled bratwurst, mussels in chipotle-beer broth and beer-battered fish ‘n’ chips. Customers are enticed to linger for hours and enjoy arcade games, billiards, sports viewing and a daily happy hour from 3 p.m-7 p.m. Includes communal seating in the sunny (or heated) beer garden and private areas for planned parties.
