Proof Bakeshop is an outlet for owners Billy and Kristin Allin’s pastries and breads. Using both classic and original recipes, baked goods are made with only real butter (Plugra) and many organic flours. If you're done with pseudo French bread that exhibits a squishy crust, this is your place. And the croissants will remind you of your last trip to France.
