Pushcart doesn't have pretensions to be anything other than what it is: a local no-frills hangout offering pizza, calzones and cold beer. A bar runs the length of the restaurant on one side, and is usually packed during games. Made-to-order calzones, house garden salads, and pizzas with various toppings are what you'll find on the menu. Stop by for one of the best lunch deals in the North End, when two slices of cheese pizza and a can of soda is just $5 (pepperoni is $1 more) or get a large cheese pizza for $8 Monday through Friday between noon and 5 p.m.
