Queensview Steakhouse Restaurant Review:
This cozy restaurant within a restaurant sits on the top floor of Parker’s Lighthouse. Here, large windows overlook the adjacent marina’s sparkle, and the views are a fine accompaniment to a classic cocktail or a selection from the thoughtfully assembled wine list. The beverages also pair quite nicely with executive chef Jim Tate’s menu of well-prepared steakhouse fare. We recommend starting with the baseball-size crab cake or Caesar salad. The surf and turf items are highlighted by cuts of steak such as rib-eye, filet and hanger, the latter of which serves as the basis for the restaurant's take on steak frites. Sides like the lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and the garlicky spinach stand out on their own. You can wind down your meal with a tart, cylindrical slice of Key lime pie as you listen to piano music and watch the lights on the Queen Mary and the waterfront flicker at night.
