Quill Creek Cafe Restaurant Review:
From its lofty perch above the 18th hole of the Raptor Course, the Quill boasts striking views of a sparkling lake and the majestic McDowell Mountains beyond. Inside, the restaurant impresses with a casual-chic territorial-style clubhouse setting around an exposition kitchen. Yet once meals arrive, all eyes will be drawn to the plates. Specialties include Navajo corn chowder and baby-back ribs with prickly pear barbecue sauce, plus a lengthy selection of Prime steaks, pastas and sandwiches. The kitchen has a deft touch with the few international dishes, including udon with ginger-seared ahi in hoisin soy broth, and classic tuna niçoise.
