Raglan Road Irish Pub Restaurant Review:

Live Irish entertainment is part of the fun at this pub that brings true Irish tastes to diners (and drinkers) at Disney Springs. The cavernous space is inviting, thanks to four antique mahogany bars and handsome furniture all imported from the Emerald Isle. Icy-cold Irish beers and fine Irish whiskies are a big draw, but the contemporary cuisine, under the direction of Irish chef Kevin Dundon, is surprisingly good. The menu features classics with Dundon’s twist, from fish ‘n’ chips and shepherd's pie, to butternut squash risotto with shiitake mushrooms and lamb shank braised in rosemary jus. The “Kiss before Shrimp,” pan-seared shrimp in garlic and chili lemon butter with sliced baguette, is a standout starter, as is the golden battered scallops served with citrus lime dipping sauce and sweet chili jam. For dessert, try the steamed sweet orange pudding, or the Dunbrody Jaffa Kiss, a chocolate, orange marmalade-centered mousse with a crunchy caramel base, drizzled with chocolate ganache.
