Red Mill Burgers Restaurant Review:

“Special sauce” (a distinctive smoky mayo) and broiled burgers made with quality meat endear this Seattle icon to its fans. Burgers are served on sesame seed buns. A Double Bacon Deluxe is available, but for a spicier bite, consider the Verde Burger available in veggie, chicken or beef versions and each topped with freshly roasted Anaheim peppers. Red Mill's onion rings are another hit, mixing things up with a cornmeal batter flecked with thyme, cumin and cayenne. For purists, no meal is complete without a classic milkshake, available in flavors from chocolate to malt and root beer. The line outside this classic burger joint make it easy to spot, situated on a curve of the road in Phinney Ridge. You may order your food packed to-go, or eat in, but don't count on finding a table at rush hour, which is most of the day and definitely on weekends.
