Reef's Restaurant Review:
The classy little Middle Eastern café, run by an Israeli family, turns out grape leaves, hummus, tzatziki, pita sandwiches, shishlik, kebabs and more to communing patrons assembled in the darkly decorated dining room. Dishes come with your choice of mujadarra (rice and lentils) or crisp, basil- and garlic-seasoned curly fries (go for the fries). The beef kebabs are like juicy meatball patties rather than the cubes of steak common in the U.S., but your server will assure you that they are authentically Israeli. There are also vegetarian and gluten-free choices on the menu.
