The Restaurant exudes contemporary elegance and a soft, tropical feel with creamy travertine, floor-to-ceiling arched windows and an opulent, floral room arrangement that greets you as you walk up. Every seat in the grand dining room is within sight of the ocean, and there is also an al fresco terrace. The selection of small plates places an emphasis on locally sourced seafood, with options like Florida stone crab claws with mustard sauce or Key West pink shrimp ceviche with Scotch bonnet, navel orange and Indian River grapefruit. Larger plates range from free-range chicken with Anson Mills grits to vegetable risotto to a seafood grill with mahi, scallops, wahoo, baby fennel, fingerling potatoes and saffron broth. For dessert, indulge in homemade ice cream or a Florida lemon meringue tart.
