Culinary master Georges Perrier began his career at age 14, training with some of France’s best chefs before arriving in Philadelphia in 1967 to run the stoves at La Panetière. Three years later he opened Le Bec-Fin, which quickly became a culinary landmark in the City of Brotherly Love. Now this bastion of fine French dining serves as the jewel in the crown of Perrier’s restaurant empire, which includes more casual spots in Philadelphia and the new Mia at Caesars Atlantic City.
