Ribs USA Restaurant Review:

Locals seem happy to wait nearly an hour to be seated at Burbank’s favorite rib joint, a no-frills venue with neon beer signs, a peanut shell-covered floor and a robust take-out business. Most of the usual suspects are served here, including a pulled pork sandwich, barbecue chicken and, of course, slab ribs. The meaty pork behemoths come in a variety of sizes, from Junior Executive (a third of a slab) to the Presidential Platter (a full slab), all of which are accompanied by two sides and cornbread. Classic sides include baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and collard greens, among others. The barbecue sauce is a bit on the tame side, but the big portions and convivial atmosphere keep the crowds coming back.
