Rio Grande Cafe Restaurant Review:
Resting on its laurels as a state landmark inside the historic Rio Grande Train Depot in downtown Salt Lake City, the Rio serves food that’s bland, and the menu is predictable and uninspired. The vegetable burrito has a weak load of veggies: corn, chopped peppers and onions; every plate is drenched in cheese and the service is unapologetically slow. That said, laden with party streamers, a suspended toy train and jukebox, your kids will love this place and beg to return every day of the week.
