We must confess that we enjoy this user-friendly family restaurant, because, while consuming buckets of roasted peanuts and domestic draft, we are free to throw the shells on the floor. Not that peanuts are a worthwhile prologue to any cuisine, but if you’re going to leave with a bellyache from being in a gluttonous, carnivorous mood, what difference is a bucket of peanuts going to make? Barbecued ribs-and-steak combos are the name of the game here, but more restrained diners can go with also-satisfactory grilled chops, salads and sandwiches.
