Rotisserie chicken has emerged as one of L.A.’s most popular meals, and here it adopts the flavors of France, Japan, Italy and the American South. Though the dining room is small, the large menu includes chicken prepared a dozen ways, including versions with curry sauce, béchamel, Italian tomato, and the recommended 32-spice variety. Each is served with white rice and roasted vegetables. In addition, there are large cuts of steak on offer with some of the same sauces, fresh fish, fried tofu and sandwiches of various origin. For dessert, one can expect ice cream flavors like cappuccino, green tea or French vanilla.
