The New Orleans-born chain is known for its USDA Prime cuts of beef, broiled at 1800 degrees and served sizzling. Depending on your appetite, select the 8 oz. petite filet or 22 oz. cowboy rib-eye. All side orders are extra, and plenty to share, like the creamed spinach or potatoes au gratin. If beef is not your preference, the menu offers a selection of other entrées such as blue crab cakes and stuffed chicken breast.
