The upscale steakhouse chain started in New Orleans. The big attraction is the steak, USDA Prime, cut in large portions, cooked to order and dripping in butter, New Orleans-style. But you'll find assorted other dishes, too, such as lobster, veal, chicken and select seafood. There are plenty of vegetable and potato dishes and desserts on the menu, but the appetizers and salads tend to be forgettable. Other locations.
