Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review:
Think juicy steaks served sizzling in a pool of butter --- that's what put this upscale New Orleans-based steakhouse on the map. Despite the rapid growth of this worldwide chain, the experience never feels mass-produced. Ruth's Chris' hand-cut USDA Prime Midwestern filet mignon, rib-eye, New York strip or porterhouse steaks, accompanied by one of many potato selections or giant asparagus spears with hollandaise sauce, are sure fire treats. While steak is the star, the Maine lobster is also first-rate, as is the blue crab cakes appetizer. And for dessert, consider the signature bread pudding with whiskey sauce. The wine list offers plenty of big reds to complement those hearty steaks.
