RYLA in Hermosa Beach is a showcase for chefs Ray Hayashi and Cynthia Hetlinger. Patrons are treated to "seasonal SoCal fare inspired by reimagined Asian cuisines," with dishes ranging from black sea bass with lime coconut broth, mussels, purple daikon and fresno chile to New York strip steak with port wine tare, cascade potato, broccolini and fresh wasabi.
