Sabor de Cuba Restaurant Review:
Sabor de Cuba’s genteel atmosphere sets the tone for a menu filled with the likes of delicate empanadas and tostones stuffed with shrimp. As is the case with any quality restaurant, picking a main course may prove challenging, but we recommend the ropa vieja (shredded flank steak) or the Cuban sandwich (how can you deny the beauty of roast pork and honeyed ham with Swiss cheese?). The flan is thick, eggy, and just sweet enough to tempt without overwhelming, and tres leches cake is available, too.
