Sabor Restaurant Review:
Housed in a mustard-beige, three-story building accented with balconies and canopies, the romantic Sabor would be right at home in Miami's South Beach. To be seated in its deep scarlet dining room is to be transported to a place nearer the equator. Dishes, plated in large platters and bowls, are shared as they arrive rather than consumed in strict order course-by-course. The Carribbean Sunset Menu, offered from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., presents camarones enchilados, shrimp with red peppers, onions and spicy tomato sauce. The dessert list is brief; try the guava and cream cheese purses, and with them sip some fine rum. The wine list is carefully chosen to complement the bold flavors of Latin cuisine.
