Saffron Patch, located in an unassuming office tower, offers a sleek and stylish dining experience for lunch and dinner crowds. Black-and-white furnishings, colorful wall hangings and floor-to-ceiling windows provide the backdrop for the robust fare of northern India. Sashay into the extensive menu with pappadum or paneer pakoda, a great vegetarian treat. Tandoor temptations, such as the chicken tikka or the seekh kebab, are served on a sizzling bed of onions with saffron rice and vegetable curry. The menu is very vegetarian-friendly with an entire section dubbed Vegetarian Love Affair. Alu vindaloo, dal and vegetable korma deserve special attention. Desserts are limited but tasty and include a homemade ice cream.
