The Salty Pig lets guests create their own charcuterie boards with house-cured meats and small-batch cheeses. Other choices include the Italian entrée of black fettuccine (made with a cocoa dough) tossed with a wild boar ragù and finished with butter, Parmesan and pecorino. The Funghi pizza’s base of prosciutto cream, roasted hen of the woods and oyster mushrooms, Fontina and roasted garlic is topped with a sunny side up egg and Parmesan. Cocktails, craft beer and wine are available.
