Troggler’s focaccia and breadsticks are first-rate; if bresaola (Italian air dried beef) is available, it's a must try. Pizza is the mainstay of the menu and has a cracker-thin crust with good flavor. Toppings run from traditional to pushing-the-envelope, with house-made tomato sauce and top quality ingredients creating delightful pies --- we enjoy the Trentina with sausage and mushroom. Creative salads such as one with mixed greens and a speck bread dumpling are worth exploring. Save room for Troggler's desserts --- the hot chocolate cake is a winner.
