This former coffee shop offers the rare (for Los Angeles) combination of great views and bargain prices. The Monday night Sunset Special offers all-you-can-eat spaghetti with meat sauce, while Tuesdays feature meatloaf. The burgers, steaks and Mexican options are good and not without the occasional flashes of creativity. Don't expect fancy décor, but bring a big appetite.
