THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Seoul Bros. Korean Grill Restaurant Review:
Korean food has finally made it mainstream, with its healthy, spirited qualities no longer limited to smoky Koreatown grills. With Seoul Bros., it has even gone fast-food in suburbia. The menu is short, showcasing spicy chicken, bulgogi (traditional sliced marinated rib-eye with onions and scallions) and pan-seared organic tofu with sesame or spicy dressing. For sides, you’ll find the obligatory kimchi (not fiery, but with a pleasant kick), addictive, gelatinous japchae noodles, and a “spicy” Asian potato salad that doesn’t live up to its billing. If you want to eat in, the place is hip and cosmopolitan by fast-food standards, with sleek modern furniture and edgy photos of Seoul after dark.
