Inspired by the flavors of the historic Silk Road, chef Martin Heierling (Bellagio's Sensi) puts a modern twist on "trans-ethnic" food. Exotic ingredients and spices from Venice to the Far East are incorporated into the chef's dishes. Silk Road features a modern atmosphere that includes private dining booths and a sculpted partition around the lounge, which illuminates the dining room from vibrant to dim according to the time of day.
