If you're looking for a night out in Park City unlike those typical brewpub and burger evenings, then you've come to the right place. The sophisticated tri-level restaurant is noisy, cramped and hopping. Socialites in clothing more appropriate for the city than the mountains continually scurry up the stairs to the tiny lounge where DJs spin on weekends. Seating is quieter on the first floor, but then so is the people-watching. The limited but creative menu starts off with housemade boudin blanc sausage with black garlic, chickpeas and chive oil, and yellowfin tartare with miso vinaigrette, sriracha salt, corn and avocado. Main dishes utilize every kind of locally sourced (when available) meat, including chicken, steak, squab, pork, turbot and scallops. (Vegetarians have options like an herbed vegetable crêpe or pasta with carrots, squash, zucchini and white wine brown butter sauce.) Complement your dinner with an artisan cocktail or with a selection from the wine list. Desserts might include black and white mousse cake or butterscotch crème brûlée.
