Silvio's Brazilian BBQ offers a variety of barbecue dishes, from tri-tip grilled with rock salt and beer to Mississippi pulled pork sandwiches and even a Brazilian version of the Philly cheesesteak. The Carnaval Plate for two people includes barbecue chicken, tri-tip and calabreza (Brazilian pork sausage) along with mesquite grilled vegetables, vinagretti, Ipanema salad and bread. There are also daily specials such as all-you-can-eat barbecue on Mondays.
