THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Six Degrees Restaurant Review:
The modern décor of mirrors, candles and beads, and a cosmopolitan vibe, envelop you at Six Degrees, which is named for the concept that everyone is connected by a few acquaintances. Executive chef Xavier Mayonove successfully sprinkles Southwestern, Mediterranean and Asian accents across the New American cuisine. For a main course, we recommend the short rib ravioli with foie gras in a Barolo wine sauce, double-roasted rack of lamb and the braised osso buco with shallot-thyme polenta. The four-way dessert sampling serves up the chef's daily selection, guaranteed to be a delicious surprise. Fostering its social ambience, Six Degrees hosts a happy hour every night with live music on Wednesday and Thursday. A prix-fixe menu is available from 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
