Smokin' Betty's Restaurant Review:

The classics come with a twist at this eclectic comfort food emporium, where the ribs are St. Louis-style, the slaw is Carolina-inspired and the short ribs are served as tacos. Sure, you can get a plate of riblets, paired with a zippy dry rub or swabbed with a piquant homemade barbecue sauce, but vegetable fans will go for the red quinoa chickpea salad or the veggie burger with red onion marmalade. There’s a good kids' menu, too (Bitty Betty’s). We like the inclusive feel of the place. Add a topnotch craft beer list (the changing array might include an Evil Genius porter or Redhook IPA) and creative cocktails and this definitely is one smokin' spot.
