solita Tacos & Margaritas Restaurant Review:

Chef Deborah Schneider found inspiration in her Baja travels. She opened Sol Cocina in Newport Beach and Scottsdale, and now runs branches of her more casual Mexican restaurant, solita, in Huntington Beach and here at Westfield Valencia Town Center. The space features back-to-back cushioned banquettes, wood tables, exposed rafters and a bar with agave accents. A wood grill powers a menu of tacos, burritos and enchiladas, along with specialties like wood-grilled wild fish served with lime butter and avocado salad. Weekend brunch brings huevos rancheros, a fruit plate with Greek yogurt and agave, and a breakfast burrito. To drink, expect mimosas, sangría, Bloody Marys and, of course, plenty of margaritas.
