Jean-Pascal Fayet’s Italian cuisine is more and more traditional. And nobody can find anything bad to say about the vitello tonnato, the frito misto, sauté of shells and shellfish, the tortellini with black truffles, nor to the tiramisu. The prices, that's another story. The cellar boasts fabulous bottles from Piedmont, Sicily, and Tuscany.
