Sprout Café Restaurant Review:

University Avenue caters to students, tourists, locals and the concentration of startups and Silicon Valley investors who permeate the region. With a deep selection of build-your-own or pre-built salads on offer, Sprout is a popular lunch spot for all of them. Fill out a form of your own salad "build," whole or half, with a choice of six base greens and an extensive array of adds (whole grain farro, corn, jícama and many more) and turn it in at the counter. The team will make your salad to order and bring it to your table. Sandwiches and soups are also available but hardly the point of visiting. Come early if you want a seat during weekday lunch.
