American food, farm-to-table, is rendered with creativity and flair with dishes such as Scottish salmon served with scallop mousse, preserved Dreyer Farms tomatoes, lemon-infused potatoes, and red pepper-mignonette butter on roasted croutons. There are also steaks and chops from the wood-burning grill. For dessert, order the ice cream sundae for two comprised of house-made vanilla ice cream, fried and bruléed banana, caramel and chocolate sauces, and candied pecans served in a frozen Himalayan salt bowl. A wine store on premises offers a wide variety of choices to match menu selections. The prices are a tad high but not out of line.
