The Standing Room Restaurant Review:

The Standing Room in Hermosa Beach presents a menu of burgers and sandwiches with a Korean twist. Adjacent to the sidewalk is a covered patio with a railing where dog owners can tie up the leashes for their four-legged dining companions. The interior features a rustic atmosphere with wooden tables and chairs, exposed brick walls and red banquette seating along part of the wall. Lunch and dinner offers starters like kale salad and potstickers. From the burgers section, guests can choose a classic burger or opt for an Asian-inspired creation, such as the Genghis Khan with Korean marinated beef. The menu also offers "Sammies" and "Plates," such as the braised short rib plate served with a side salad, Brussels sprouts and roasted potato or a scoop of rice.
