Festive groups of tourists and cliques of singles gearing up to head into the night find Sushi Rock a perfect place to start. Lotsa saké. Extraordinary hand-rolls integrate international ingredients. Blasts of hip music and skimpy outfits remind you that you’re in South Beach’s favorite Japanese restaurant. It’s frenetic and fun, but gimmicks aside, the sushi’s great.
