At Sweet Heat, spicy chicken wings are paired with a cilantro-yogurt dipping sauce and roasted corn is slathered with either cilantro pesto or hot chipotle salsa. Tacos are stuffed with calamari or scallops and burritos are plumped with fish or one of several other combinations-all at very reasonable prices. Even the Caesar salad gets a zippy twist with chile-flecked croutons, salsa and Mexican cheese.
