Szechwan Chinese Kitchen Restaurant Review:
This stylishly-attired but casual spot does standard family-style Chinese. The classy ambience revolves around dark-wooded geometrical booths and tables with brightly colored cushions, but a change in management has caused this once fine Chinese restaurant to drop several pegs. Traditional dishes like Mongolian beef, Szechwan chicken and sweet-and-sour pork still deliver on taste, but the prices have increased and the portions have decreased. Expect to pay two to three times more than you would at a Salt Lake City Chinese place---unless you stop by for the bargain lunch combos (offered until 2 p.m.), which include soup, rice and an egg roll along with your choice of mini-main course.
