At this popular, all-American chain, the staff always seems to be having as much fun as the customers. You could make a feast from generously portioned appetizers alone: chicken strips, potato skins and quesadillas. But you'll be just as satisfied if you skip straight to Friday's signature dishes: monster burgers, Jack Daniel's-glazed ribs and a heaping helping of spicy fries. For the health-conscious diner, Friday's offers bruschetta chicken, broiled salmon and giant salads.
