Tableau Restaurant Review:

Tableau is open to the public, though it was originally designed to be an exclusive restaurant for Wynn guests staying in the property’s posh villas. The menus change with the seasons. We like the white chocolate orange french toast (fresh orange, berries and 100 percent Vermont maple syrup) for breakfast and brunch, and the Scottish salmon salad comprising Bibb lettuce, roasted cipollini onion, English peas, whole-grain mustard and white balsamic vinaigrette for brunch and lunch. Best among the winter soups is a roasted red kuri squash with pumpkin seed tuile and lemon crème fraîche. Lunch entrées include a petite filet of beef with marble potato, roasted cherry tomatoes and red wine sauce.
