Taco Jalisco Restaurant Review:
About as far off the beaten path as any metro-area foodie might travel for a taco, this tiny family-owned eatery in a strip mall boasts a limited menu that also consists of a variety of tortas, tostadas, and a few burritos and sopas. If you stop by on the weekend, order the pozole, a stomach-filling soup/stew that takes hours to prepare at home. We recommend the carne asado tacos, too, and the flan for dessert --- it’s worth the calories. The dining area offers patrons a good view of the kitchen activity.
