As you might guess by the name, grill cooking comes naturally here---there’s even a separate menu for checking off the grilled items you want, rather like selecting sushi. Choices are unusual and range from grilled ginko nuts to grilled whole flounder. The more familiar grilled dishes include chicken and beef teriyaki and negimaki (scallions wrapped in thinly sliced beef). If you prefer sushi, your options include the usual shrimp and mackerel, maguro (tuna) and California roll. Before you make a final choice, read the whole menu so you understand all your options. Don’t miss the saké bar or the green tea ice cream for dessert.
