Tandoori's Restaurant Review:
For authentic Indian cuisine, look no further than Tandoori’s. Vividly colorful draperies and tables adorned with white cloths create an atmosphere that radiates elegance. For starters, consider the sabzi pakora, an assortment of seasoned vegetables dipped and then cooked in chickpea batter, or the murg pakora, delicately spiced morsels of boneless chicken. If you find that choosing among the many options is difficult, order a combination dish to sample from an array of distinctive and exotic tastes. There are a dizzying number of main course choices; however, among the best are those from the tandoor oven, such as boti peshawari with tender roasted chunks of lamb marinated in yogurt and flavored with delicate seasonings. For seafood lovers, kadai jhinga will please; this dish is cooked in a traditional kadai---an Indian cooking utensil resembling a flat-bottomed wok---and features lightly seasoned prawns in a thick and rich gravy. Service is attentive without being overly so. Ladies are treated to a red rose.
