Taste of Saigon Restaurant Review:
Tucked inside a bland little shopping mall sits one of the few cheap sit-down joints on Park City's Main Street. Reservations aren't necessary and the friendly staff seats you promptly at one of the nondescript, glass-topped tables. You'll struggle to find anything truly memorable about this cafe except the prices, service and portion sizes. Avoid the soggy Saigon egg rolls and opt for traditional pho made with chicken or beef. The spicy curry chicken in a clay pot is one of the few items that will consistently please your taste buds. There's no hoisin sauce or dipping sauce plates on the table and the plate of fresh herbs, surprisingly, doesn't come with Thai basil. If you like Filipino food, ask your server about the off-menu specials.
