American favorites like steaks, burgers and milkshakes are on the menu here --- but this is no ordinary burger joint. The beef or bison in the made-to-order hamburgers, available in many different configurations, is ground on-site to assure meat quality. French fries, onion rings and salad fixings are all hand-cut in the kitchen; bread and cookies are baked fresh daily; and chili and soups are made from scratch. Adding to the allure, blue-plate specials like bison short ribs and roast turkey with dressing are offered. Convenience is, in part, the draw since this chain is within a block of Nationwide Arena and the Columbus Convention Center.
