Thai Diner Restaurant Review:

Not strictly a diner in the American sense, this gracious, no-frills eatery offers an ambitious menu of mostly Thai dishes, such as colorful curries (most sweet with coconut milk), juicy Yum (salads), soups and noodle options. Guests dictate spice levels. We like the ginger fish topped with black bean sauce and the Rama, a choice of meat, seafood or tofu with peanut sauce on steamed broccoli and cabbage. Perennial specials include chicken-stuffed “money bags” and shrimp fried rice. Sautéed tofu with chunky pineapple, carrots and bell peppers in a light sauce is one of many tasty vegetarian selections. Tie up your meal with fried banana and vanilla ice cream or, seasonally, sweet rice with mango.
