The food style is a blend of techniques that include French and American and is quite good. Chef-owner John Bubala knows how to punch up the flavor of food without going over the top.

THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Thyme Restaurant Review:
The dining room at Thyme is a long narrow space with cloth-covered tables, banquettes and impressive chandeliers. At the west end of the dining room is an open kitchen. The food and the quality of the cooking are first-rate, but the pace is too frenetic for a fine dining restaurant; there are times when the service leaves too much of an impression, since busboys patrol the aisles like a wolf pack ready to pounce on patrons' plates. Signature dishes include spit-roasted pork and beef tenderloin tails; they have been on the menu (despite seasonal menu changes) since day one.
