Tibet/Nepal House Restaurant Review:
This Old Pasadena charmer boasts intricate Tibetan art, colorful flags hanging from exposed rafters, fountains and sculptures. Authentic Nepalese dishes include "mo-mo dumplings" (steamed dough stuffed with minced vegetables, chicken or yak) and "sekuwa" (lamb slow-cooked overnight in Himalayan spices). Among less assertively spiced Indian dishes are tandoori chicken and tofu cooked with puréed spinach. A creamy, chilled rice pudding and crêpes filled with ice cream are offered for dessert.
